Senior Wealth Advisor Kristin Fomon Named Partner

Krilogy®, an independent wealth management firm headquartered in St. Louis, has named Senior Wealth Advisor Kristin Fomon as the firm’s newest partner. She has served clients in Dallas, Texas since 2019 and is also Director of Advisor Development for Krilogy Texas.

Fomon joined Krilogy in 2014 and quickly began developing her client base while supporting key initiatives in the firm. She played a leading role in integrating the team and clients of Krilogy’s first acquisition in 2016 before moving to Dallas in 2020 to focus on establishing her business in Texas while maintaining her client base nationwide. Fomon leads Krilogy 360, the firm’s diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiative, and serves as a trusted mentor for junior advisors in the firm who are finding success under her leadership.

“Kristin is a shining example of Krilogy’s advisor development system (KADS),” said Kent Skornia, Krilogy® President and CEO. “She began her career here and immediately stepped up in so many ways to learn, support her team, and care for her clients. Kristin has been a constant in this organization not only in terms of her growth, but also in terms of the significant impact she’s had on the organization, living our core values and performing at a high level. She started from scratch and has built a sophisticated practice because she believes in herself, believes in our ecosystem of growing and developing talent, and utilizes all the resources available in the firm. Hers has been, and will continue to be, a very powerful career path.”

The KADS program is designed to support new or transitioning advisors as they build their business and learn from senior advisors. KADS advisors serve on client teams, are mentored, and leverage the full suite of technical, professional, and investment resources including an in-house tax team and affiliated legal team.

“Krilogy’s culture and values allow me to flourish as an advisor and fulfill my career vision which is rooted in helping people,” said Fomon. “Everyone is willing to help, and the resources are here internally to serve clients at the highest level possible which in turn allows you to be the best possible advisor for your clients. That leads to growth for both new and seasoned advisors.”

Fomon’s practice focuses on women, business owners, divorcees, and widows. She listens to understand what is important to each client, taking a holistic approach to their wealth management.

“At Krilogy, if you have a goal, you can attain it,” said Fomon. “We are very entrepreneurial in spirit. My goals continue to evolve as my practice matures, and as we continue to grow our presence in Texas. I also remain focused on giving back to other advisors to support their careers, just as I experienced. Krilogy attracts amazing people who want to grow and be part of something bigger than themselves. I am grateful to play a role in helping others find success here, and am honored to be named partner.”

Krilogy now has a group of 17 partners with the addition of Fomon, as well as the recent additions of Joe Martinez in Dallas and Karen Maurer in St. Louis.
