Krilogy Named one of St. Louis’ Best Places to Work

Krilogy Financial® is pleased to announce that the firm has been named to the 2018 list of St. Louis’ Best Places to Work by the St. Louis Business Journal. This is the fifth time Krilogy has received the honor, which is awarded to companies who exemplify teamwork, communication, and a variety of other factors.

Over 200 nominations were received for the 2018 Best Places to Work awards. Employees at all nominated firms were surveyed by a third party to determine the winners.

Since its founding in 2009, Krilogy has been a values-based firm with a positive culture that fosters teamwork, service, and a “clients first, firm second” philosophy. All team members work together to support the accomplishment of clients’ goals, and focus on delivering fiercely independent, unbiased advice when developing financial plans.

“By focusing on our ‘clients first, firm second’ belief, we’ve been able to build a team of advisors who are dedicated to what they do, take great leadership and live to our values,” said Kent Skornia, President and CEO of Krilogy. “This way of doing business has attracted advisors and clients alike because they believe in the collective energy and passion we put into everything we do. It is the culture and values system we live each day that has made this award possible for multiple years.”

In addition to its keen focus on client service, community involvement is also highly valued at Krilogy. Each year, Krilogy partners with a charity for its annual Krilogy Cares program, an effort which brings the team together in support of a local non-profit. Beyond that, Krilogy team members volunteer an average of 15 hours a month each for a variety of causes throughout the St. Louis region.

In addition to the firm’s Best Places to Work awards, Krilogy has also been recognized for its growth in recent years – growth that Skornia attributes to the culture and values. Krilogy has been named to the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest growing companies in the U.S., as well as the St. Louis Business Journal’s list of the region’s fastest growing privately held companies from 2014-2017. The firm was also listed in the FT Times FT300 List of the country’s top Registered Investment Advisory Firms (RIAs) in 2016.
