2021 marks the eighth consecutive year that Krilogy® has been named to the Inc. 5000, an annual list which ranks an elite group of the nation’s fastest growing companies. Only a very small percentage of companies earn a spot on the Inc. 5000 in multiple years, and even fewer have the distinction of appearing as long as Krilogy’s eight years.
The firm first appeared on the list in 2014 and became a member of the Inc. 5000 Hall of Fame in 2018. Krilogy® ranked 4355 on this year’s list. On average, companies on the 2021 Inc. 5000 grew 543% and collectively added more than 610,000 jobs over a three-year period.
“Krilogy® has remained committed to a deliberate growth pattern which is led by the firm’s core purpose: to inspire, to serve, and to enrich lives of our clients, team and community,” said Kent Skornia, President and CEO. “We continue to attract an amazing group of talented professionals who work closely to ensure the overall financial wellbeing of clients and make an impact in the community. I’m proud of the hard work and diverse perspectives of all team members which makes our growth sustainable, and purpose-driven.”
Scott Omelianuk, editor-in-chief of Inc., noted: “The 2021 Inc. 5000 list feels like one of the most important rosters of companies ever compiled. Building one of the fastest-growing companies in America in any year is a remarkable achievement. Building one in the crisis we’ve lived through is just plain amazing. This kind of accomplishment comes with hard work, smart pivots, great leadership, and the help of a whole lot of people.”
Krilogy’s focus on purpose-driven growth puts the firm’s culture and values at the forefront on day-to-day operations, client service, professional development, recruitment and long-term strategy.
“People often tell me that they’ve heard we’re doing something different at Krilogy®, and we are,” said Skornia. “Once they walk in the door, they can see and feel that ‘something different’ in action. Clients experience the energy of a team that listens to their needs and springs into action together to manage their wealth. Co-workers feel the collaboration and support to help them reach their professional goals. People want to be a part of this energy, which has driven our growth and led to our multiple appearances on the Inc. 5000.”
Krilogy® manages $2 billion in assets for individuals, families and company-sponsored retirement plans. The firm currently has three offices in the St. Louis region, and serves clients across the United States.
