Investment Advisory Associate
Job Description:
Investments
The primary daily function of this Investment Advisory Associate (IAA) will be to lead Krilogy’s proprietary retirement plan integration program, TotalPortfolio™. At the direction of the Investment Analyst, this person will construct and maintain portfolios for clients within their existing employer retirement plans. Utilizing Krilogy’s investment analysis tools, they will perform multi-criteria evaluations and analyses on all available investment options. They will implement recommended changes on behalf of clients, review those changes to ensure they have been accurately executed by the custodian and third-party data aggregators, and communicate allocation changes by constructing fact sheets. The IAA will also provide trading support for, and act as a backup to, the Investment Analyst.

Operations
The secondary daily function of the IAA will be to assist, and act as a backup to, the New Business Implementation Specialist (NBIS). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, acting in liaison capacity between asset custodians and Krilogy advisors, processing money movement requests, and ensuring paperwork accuracy prior to submission to custodian. At the direction of the NBIS the IAA will also run/review various recurring and ad hoc compliance reports.

  • Providing concierge level service to all Krilogy Investment Advisory Representatives (IARs)

Formal Education & Certification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, statistics or economics, or one to three years of relevant work experience.
  • Series 65 required to be obtained within six months of hire date
  • Certified Fund Specialist (CFS®) designation required to be obtained within 18 months of hire date
  • Proficiency with or capacity to become proficient with fi360® and Morningstar financial software
  • Familiarity and experience with the Microsoft Office Suite of applications
    • Specifically, Excel, Word and Outlook

New Financial Advisor (KADS)
Job Summary:

  • Build a fee-based Wealth Management Practice that focuses on planning for Individuals and Corporations
  • No ceiling on INCOME

  • Assist Sr. Financial Advisors with current client accounts and adapt to our team based environment

  • Leverage Krilogy’s experts at the appropriate moment for your client’s wealth plan execution

  • Both of the following licenses (or equivalent) required at time of hire (Paid by firm 1st attempt(s) only)
    • NASAA Series 65
    • Life and Health Insurance License
  • Proficiency with or willingness to become proficient with eMoney Advisor, Tamarac Advisor Suite, fi360®, and Morningstar™
  • financial software
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite of applications; Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
