Jake started out as an intern at Krilogy. Upon obtaining a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Missouri-St. Louis, he joined the firm as an Associate Wealth Advisor.
Coming from a fitness background where the clients’ needs are front and center, Krilogy was a natural fit with their client-first approach. The resources available within the firm and RIA platform allow Jake to use a wide array of investment tools and strategies to cater to the individual needs of his clients without an obligation to a specific product or service. Jake has continued his passion for investment management by passing the Level I of the CFA Program.
Jake joined Krilogy because of its team-oriented approach that allows for effective coordination and communication within the organization with the singular objective of providing better service in facilitating the clients’ financial goals and needs.
Jake is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee, which is responsible for the construction and monitoring of Krilogy’s investment portfolios. He is a member of the Alternatives Subcommittee where he is responsible for conducting research on opportunities that will have a positive impact on the client portfolios.
Jake grew up in Columbia, Missouri. He has deep passion for boxing and, after a professional boxing career, moved onto coaching. He currently assists in coaching amateur and professional fighters in the St. Louis area. In his spare time, he loves spending time outdoors with his wife, Jaime, and daughter, Lotte. He is an avid hunter and enjoys helping out on his family’s farm back home in Mid-Missouri.
