Kristin B. Poole, CFP®, MIB
Senior Financial Advisor
While teaching high school, Kristin learned two important lessons about herself: She loved teaching, but she did not want to spend the rest of her career in a classroom. She shared this with two lifelong teachers, her parents, and they responded with valuable advice: You don’t have to be a teacher to find ways to teach.
Drawing from this advice, Kristin has set her goals on helping provide her clients with an experience that is driven both by education and service. Yet, after four years as an advisor, Kristin had growing concerns about working in an environment that is often dominated by transactions and merely selling products.
She then discovered that Registered Investment Advisor firms such as Krilogy have a fiduciary responsibility to put their clients’ interests before their own. She now can provide her clients with a more focused level of service, as well as educate them about how their goals are indeed within reach.
