Jordan Phillips is a seasoned financial and entrepreneurial leader currently serving as Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at Krilogy, where he channels more than two decades of industry experience into strategic growth and acquisition initiatives.
Prior to joining Krilogy, Jordan served as Director of Development at Farther on the Personal Wealth Management side, overseeing firm development and growth strategy. Before that, he made his mark in the insurance franchise world as an owner with Goosehead Insurance — joining pre-IPO and contributing to significant franchise sales growth. Earlier still, he owned and operated his own office with State Farm, deepening his expertise in agency development and client service.
Jordan launched his professional journey at Morgan Stanley immediately after college, grounding him in the discipline and rigor of institutional finance from the very start of his career. He majored in Finance and Entrepreneurship at MacMurray College, where he also competed in both baseball and hockey at the collegiate level.
Originally from Belleville, Illinois, Jordan spent 12 years in Chicago before putting down roots in Kirkwood, where he lives with his wife, his son, and their two dogs. Outside of work, he enjoys working out, golfing, finding new restaurants, and a well made cocktail.
