Prior to joining Krilogy, John was a co-founder and principal at Eidelman Virant Capital. Before that, John was President and CEO at recorded music label Rounder Records. Under John’s leadership, the label’s artists won over 40 Grammy Awards (including Album and Record of the Year for Robert Plant and Alison Krauss’ Raising Sand). John was a producer on two award-winning documentary films about Rock & Roll Hall of Fame members Rush: Beyond the Lighted Stage and Time Stand Still. John received his B.A. from New York University and his J.D. from Harvard Law School.
John is passionate about working with clients to achieve their goals. He is skilled at listening deeply, helping clients identify their priorities, and developing and executing action plans to effectuate those objectives.
John lives in Clayton with his wife Katie, a psychotherapist. He enjoys listening to music, dining out, and visiting his daughter Zoe, who lives in Los Angeles.
