Joan is the office manager for Krilogy’s St. Charles County office. Having owned her own business since 2006, Joan has developed the skills that allow her to successfully run the office. These include being attentive to detail, communicating with clients and the community, and organizing the office’s calendar, as well as the schedules for each individual.
Some of her duties include calls to clients, greeting anyone coming in the door, organizing informational seminars, completing client and community mailings, and organizing client appreciation events.
Joan comes from a medical background, having been an EMT since 1998. She keeps her licensing current and has taught the EMT program for many years at the St. Louis Community College.
Joan has been married since 1993 and has three grown children, two grandchildren, and a ball python named Serpente. She enjoys spending time with family, walking, reading, snorkeling, and cooking.
