As I stated in my initial communication to you in March, Krilogy leadership has been meeting regularly since the onset of this pandemic to monitor and address the ever-evolving challenges of COVID-19. Our team has helped to ensure our work-from-home processes continue to operate smoothly while also thinking ahead about the preparations we’ll need to eventually return to the office. We are continuing to monitor the Federal, state and local guidance being released for reopening businesses. Our top priority remains determining how to protect our clients and team, and provide excellent service to our clients as we consider the right timing and approach to reopening our Krilogy offices.
Given the information that is available to us now, here is what we want you to know.
Continued Remote and Daily Work
Out of an abundance of caution and respect for the amplified messages about the need for social distancing, in March, our entire firm migrated to a firm-wide work-from-home approach. Krilogy leadership continues to monitor the situation and will communicate our plans to fully reopen the office. We are following federal health and safety guidelines as well as guidance from our state and local governments.
Our operational processes and technology have made it possible to continue to adhere to all security measures and provide the excellent client service for which we are known. All of our team members are fully and capably working from home. Please don’t feel that you need to wait to reach out to us. We can take care of all your requests as we normally would.
Office Access and Meetings
When we do reopen our offices, we will adhere to all guidelines regarding temperature screening, mask usage, disinfection and social distancing practices. These guidelines apply to all employees and visitors. As we phase into the early stages of reopening, only a portion of our staff will return to our offices. No visitors or clients will be allowed past each office’s lobby. Face-to-face meetings will be extremely limited and all meetings will include a virtual option for team members to participate from their personal workspace. Buffer time will be incorporated into each meeting for disinfecting procedures. We will continue to schedule virtual meetings at your convenience. Rest assured we are implementing numerous internal policies and procedures to keep our team safe upon reopening of our offices.
