Krilogy Financial® has announced the formation of a separate but affiliated tax preparation and planning company, Krilogy Tax Services, LLC. Krilogy Tax Services features a team of CPAs focused on tax preparation and filing, and developing strategies with Krilogy advisors to create the most effective tax plans for clients.

Krilogy Tax Services offers a full range of tax planning services and preparation of returns for individuals, trusts and estates.In addition, Estate and Trust Tax Planning services will also be a focus for the team as they help clients with situations such as facilitating the transfer of assets, or ensuring a smooth succession of ownership for businesses, creating plans to minimize tax liabilities and easing burdens.
The Krilogy Tax Services team includes CPAs Greg Astroth and Matt Mercer, who both joined Krilogy with a wealth of experience in tax planning and preparation of returns, as well as a dedication to supporting clients on their journey to accomplishment.
