From the President – August 2015

It’s hard to believe that the summer is winding down, families are sending kids back to school, and we’re already thinking about fall sports and events. At Krilogy, our team is looking forward to the coming months, anticipating what market scenarios may occur that could impact your portfolio and making moves to keep your plan on track. That careful management is what “The Art of Accomplishment” is all about.

As you’ve heard me say on many occasions, the path to accomplishment is one we travel – and celebrate – together. As I reflect on 2015 thus far, I’m reminded of the hard work and dedication of the Krilogy team, whose commitment to clients has inspired words such as: “We’ve never been able to manage our financial plan like this because we didn’t have Krilogy before;” and “I wouldn’t be in the position I’m in today without Krilogy.” We’re here to help them tackle even the most complex and emotional situations they face, and create solutions that give them confidence.

It’s the mark of a true team that’s made such stories possible. This sense of service and teamwork begins within the walls of Krilogy, where all are inspired to support each other to reach their goals. This is ever-present at Krilogy, and has led to some incredible accomplishments, including our expansion to St. Charles County, where Michael Brown will lead the team in our news office in St. Peters. It’s led to growth, including the addition of amazing team members, as well as Krilogy’s inclusion on the St. Louis Business Journal’s 2015 list of the area’s Fastest Growing Companies and the Inc. 5000 list of the country’s fastest growing companies. We continue to look forward to future growth, expanding our team, and even exploring new markets.

You may have also noticed in recent weeks the educational articles that Krilogy team members are developing to help keep you informed on key topics related to your financial plan. These articles are regularly posted on our website and social media outlets. If you haven’t already, please be sure to like us on Facebook, and follow us on Twitter to see this and other valuable information from Krilogy.

Accomplishment happens when you have your eyes open, inviting opportunity in even the most unlikely of places and serving others with no expectations or strings attached. It happens by surrounding yourself with great people from all walks of life, and dreaming to achieve things that may not seem possible, but with a plan, begin to take shape. We will always work hard towards accomplishment for you, and for all who are touched by Krilogy.

My best for a new season of accomplishment,

Kent Skornia
President and CEO
