Each year, Forbes compiles a list of America’s Top Women Wealth Advisors to recognize those who are leading the way in offering best practices in investing and business while providing an exceptional client experience. Krilogy® is pleased to announce that Executive Vice President, Wealth Advisor Elizabeth Connelly, JD, CTFA, CISP, has been named to the 2020 list.
Forbes partners with Shook Research to identify the women advisors who qualify for, and will ultimately appear, on the annual list. Rankings are based on an algorithm which includes advisor interviews, review of best practices, service and investing models, compliance records, client retention, and assets under management. Advisors must have a minimum of seven years of experience, and community involvement is a factor that is closely considered. More than 32,000 applications were received for this year’s list, which includes 1,000 women who manage nearly $920 billion in assets.
Elizabeth has more than 30 years of experience in financial services, dedicating her career to serving as a trusted guide for clients, team members and the community. She also holds advanced industry certifications that have allowed her to deepen the insight she offers clients, including the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) and Certified IRA Services Professional (CISP) designations. Elizabeth also earned a law degree from St. Louis University School of Law.
“It is a true honor to be nationally recognized by Forbes as one of the top women in the wealth management field,” said Elizabeth. “I have focused my career on providing the highest level of service to clients, offering informed insights to help them feel confident in making their financial decisions. It is a privilege to be in the company of women who share similar philosophies about business and the community, and who are doing great work to advance our industry.”
In addition to her work for clients and mentorship of team members, Elizabeth is also active in the community. She is a member of the Signature Healthcare Foundation Board, an organization for which she currently serves as President. During her tenure, Elizabeth played a key role in establishing the Gateway Dragon Boat Festival to benefit Operation Family Health, which assists patients of families with financial challenges. Other current community leadership positions include: School Sisters of Notre Dame Financial Advisory Committee and Emeritus member of the Board of Regents of Rockhurst University.
