Krilogy® is pleased to announce that Executive Vice President, Wealth Advisor Elizabeth Connelly has been named to Forbes’ 2021 list of the nation’s Top Women Wealth Advisors. This is the second year in a row that Connelly has been honored with this distinction, which follows on the heels of her recent recognition as a Forbes 2021 Best-In-State Wealth Advisor.
According to Forbes, the women wealth advisors on this year’s list have offered exemplary service and prospered in a year of unprecedented challenges. A select group of advisors were featured after undergoing extensive interviews covering areas such as client service, compliance record and investment approach. The selection process was performed by SHOOK Research, a third party which creates this ranking of model advisors who are leading the way in offering best practices and providing a high-quality experience for clients. More than 32,000 nominations were received for consideration.
“For more than 30 years, Elizabeth has served her clients with a high level of knowledge, care, and deliberation as she manages their complex wealth planning needs,” said Kent Skornia, Krilogy® President and CEO. “She works hard, leverages a thorough and informed approach, and helps clients fully understand their options, allowing them to make confident decisions from asset allocation through wealth distribution and transfer. Elizabeth is a role model to many, and we are honored to celebrate this latest, well-deserved accomplishment.”
Elizabeth’s experience is coupled with her advanced industry certifications, including Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) and Certified IRA Services Professional (CISP) designations. She also earned a law degree from St. Louis University School of Law.
“When I began my career in finance, there were very few women in the industry,” said Connelly. “Today, it is wonderful to see so many talented women leaders in wealth management. I have truly enjoyed reading of the accomplishments and philosophies of my peers across the country and am honored to once again be in their company on this list. It has been a privilege to receive national recognition from Forbes, both as a woman in wealth management and as one of the best advisors in the state of Missouri.”
