Associate Wealth Advisor (KADS)
Job Summary:

  • Build a fee-based Wealth Management Practice that focuses on planning for Individuals and Corporations
  • No ceiling on INCOME

  • Assist Sr. Financial Advisors with current client accounts and adapt to our team-based environment

  • Leverage Krilogy’s experts at the appropriate moment for your client’s wealth plan execution

Formal Education & Certification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, statistics or economics, or one to three years of relevant work experience
  • Both of the following licenses (or equivalent) required at time of hire (Paid by firm 1st attempt(s) only)
    • NASAA Series 65
    • Life and Health Insurance License
  • Proficiency with or willingness to become proficient with eMoney Advisor, Tamarac Advisor Suite, fi360®, and Morningstar™
  • financial software
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite of applications; Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Practice Manager
Job Summary:
The Practice Manager role is a full-time position that provides high-level administrative and clerical support to multiple Senior Wealth Advisors of the firm. Relieves advisor of administrative details; gathers, compiles and reports information relevant to practice; may manage a number of different objectives, projects or activities at one time. Communicates with team to gather or convey relevant information. May be involved in high-level client contact and exposure to sensitive information and must use considerable tact, diplomacy and judgment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative duties that support advisors in daily business practices, including but not limited to, telephone coverage, business travel arrangements, coordination of client meetings and file and calendar maintenance
  • Maintain existing client relationships through the processing of client requests, resolving client inquiries and making sure key client information and documentation is up to date in Client Relationship Manager (CRM) and financial planning software as needed
  • Prepare paperwork necessary for the opening, maintaining or updating of client accounts, which includes the collection of required documentation and client information
  • Conduct research when necessary for annual compliance and client reports
  • Prepare general correspondence, spreadsheets and presentations
  • Electronically file and retrieve documents, records and reports from document management system
  • Multi-task, organize and complete projects in a timely and efficient manner
  • Handle confidential and non-routine information
  • Proactively participate in firm initiatives
  • Actively engage in available training and education programs to maintain current status on policies, procedures and risk awareness
  • Assist in general office backup procedures as needed
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

  • College degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years industry experience required
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail, as well as organizational and time management skills
  • Able to perform multiple tasks efficiently and accurately
  • Exceptional email, phone and client service skills
  • Ability to maintain integrity of sensitive/confidential information
  • Detail-oriented, accurate and organized
  • Team player, collaborative, able to work with all levels of the firm, as well as with clients
  • Able to work independently, exercise good judgment and take initiative
