Part-Time Receptionist

Job Summary

Krilogy is seeking a professional, responsible and outgoing part-time receptionist to support the Creve Coeur office 25 hours per week Monday through Friday. The position will provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing callers and guests to appropriate team members, mail distribution as well as additional administrative duties to support our growing firm.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Communicate with callers and guests in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
  • Manage and maintain office equipment, lobby, conference rooms, café and other common areas.
  • Receive, answer, and route incoming phone calls and messages to the appropriate department or team member.
  • Provide callers and guests with general information such as company address, directions, company fax number, company website and other related information.
  • Schedule and update calendar appointments and conference room reservations including helping to coordinate technical setup and catering needs.
  • Receive and process incoming mail and deliveries to appropriate personnel.
  • Send outgoing faxes and route incoming faxes to appropriate personnel.
  • Perform weekly supply inventory and take ownership of the ordering, receiving, stocking and maintaining of office supplies.
  • Manage and maintain firm and agent licensing.
  • Act as liaison between office, vendors and building/facility management.
  • Assist in onboarding new team members by assigning building access cards, providing basic office equipment training, etc.
  • Seamlessly coordinate between shift changes.
  • Perform other clerical support as assigned.


  •  At least eighteen (18) years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum one-year related experience, financial industry a plus
  • Ability to operate office equipment
  • Proficiency in basic PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication, customer service skills, and the ability to maintain a professional image and demeanor
  • Excellent attendance/punctuality
  • Detail-oriented, accurate and organized
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize a variety of activities with little supervision
  • Team player, collaborative, able to work with all levels of the firm
  • Must pass pre-employment screens
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds
  • Physical ability to bend, reach and sit for extended periods of time


  • $20 per hour
  • Part-time position not to exceed 25 hours weekly Monday-Friday between 7:30 am-5:30 pm
