The 30 Under 30 Award is the latest honor for Brett, who recently received Pacific Life’s 40 Under 40 recognition, bestowed upon young leaders in the insurance industry. In 2017, he received his Accredited Investment Advisor (AIF®) designation, a certification which signifies specific knowledge of fiduciary responsibility and the ability to implement policies and procedures that meet a defined standard of client care. He was promoted to the position of Team Lead at Krilogy in 2017.
In the community, Brett focuses his attention on children who have faced challenges. He volunteers his time to work on after-school programs with children at St. Cecelia’s, and serves on the Junior Board for The Covering House, an organization which provides refuge, rehabilitation and education to sexually exploited and trafficked children and teens. Brett is also actively involved in the Signature Healthcare Foundation, where he serves as a volunteer for the Gateway Dragon Boat Festival. Finally, he is a founding member of the Young Friends of Mercy Executive Board, volunteers for Care to Learn, and serves as Chair of the Junior Board for Fair St. Louis.
“Standing out as a young professional involves many things, including professional accomplishments, service to others, and leadership,” said Kent Skornia. “Brett has excelled in all of these areas.”
