Does your vendor offer auto service features such as auto enrollment, auto increase, or qualified default investment options (some of the provisions of the Pension Protection Act of 2006)? Does the vendor find ways to DECREASE expenses while still offering exceptional investment options? Does the vendor help you understand your fiduciary responsibility and how you can limit your capacity through Trust Services?
